Our CEO, Michael High, started The Colt Group in 1973 and through his inexhaustible work ethic we've grown and learned what it means to achieve success.  There’s no secret to it; quite simply, all it takes is our complete and total dedication to the companies we serve, along with the realization that what we do today will vastly affect the future of this planet we share.

Recycling Consultants & Management Services, Inc., a Division of the Colt Group has approached its thirty-fifth year in the field of recycling, and it is a business built upon a foundation of hard work, core values, performance excellence, customer satisfaction and employee commitment, which we exhibit by operating 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
